New Construction

Much of our business is installing the utilities for new construction, commercial and residential. This involves, constructing the desired topography of the lot, intalling the pipes that will carry fresh water to the buildings and the pipes that dispose of the waste water from the building and installing conduit that allows wires to be run to the building for electricity, telephone and cable.

Caption: This is another footing drain. The interesting thing about this picture is that if you look closely, you will notice that there are footing drains inside the foundation. The ground level inside the foundation is below lake level.
