Cascade Utilities performed the sitework and utility construction on a large car dealership in Bellevue.
The first step is planning and permitting, after which you can move into demolition, excavation, and utility work. This large jobsite necessitated multiple stormwater vaults due to the large amount of parking area for the vehicle sales. Cascade Utilities did all underground utility work for both buildings, including all sewer lines, water mains, sprinkler lines, electrical, cable and gas conduits. The asphalt, concrete work, curbing, light bases, and parking lot striping were all part of this large-scale project.
